Shipping policy
Where we ship: We ship to addresses in the United States only (including APO/FPO).
How we ship: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the package details.
When we ship: Orders ship from Virginia within 2 business days of payment (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the shipping label is created.
How we pack: We take the condition of your comics seriously.
- CGC Slabs: Each slab is bubble-wrapped and boxed with ample padding in a 14 × 13 × 3 inch box (approx. 2 lbs) so it cannot move or shift during transit.
- Raw Comics: All unencapsulated comics are shipped bagged and boarded, and secured in crush-proof rigid mailers (such as Gemini mailers) to prevent bending or corner damage.
- Combined Orders: When ordering both slabs and raw comics, the raw books are secured between thick, rigid cardboard within the larger slab shipping box to prevent any shifting or damage from the heavier slab. Checkout will automatically calculate the combined shipping cost.
Signature Required: Orders of $500 or more require a signature at delivery. If no one is home, USPS will leave a notice and hold the package securely at your local post office.
Address Verification: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.
Local pickup: Not offered at this time.
