  1. Who we are. This store is operated by Nerd Alert Comics & Collectibles, 2645 Dean Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23452, USA.
  2. What we sell. We sell CGC-graded comic books and unencapsulated (raw) comic books. For all items, the high-resolution photos shown are of the exact item you will receive. For slabs, the CGC certification number is displayed so you can verify it directly at cgccomics.com.
  3. Grades.
    • A. Graded Slabs: Grades on encapsulated books are assigned by CGC, not us. We do not regrade, guarantee future regrades, or accept returns based on another grader's opinion or cosmetic case flaws (such as minor scuffs or Newton rings).
    • B. Raw Comics: Raw comics are evaluated in-house using the strict 10-point Overstreet Grading standard. Because raw grading is inherently subjective, our assigned grades represent our professional assessment and are not guarantees of future grades from third-party grading companies like CGC or CBCS.
  4. Prices. All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Sales tax is added where required by law.
  5. Availability. Our inventory is occasionally cross-posted on other platforms. In the rare event that a book sells elsewhere at the exact same moment you buy it, we will cancel your order and refund you in full right away.
  6. Payment. Payment is processed at the time you place your order.
  7. Shipping, refunds, and returns. Please review our Shipping and Refund policies carefully before purchasing. All sales are final, except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
  8. US only. We ship exclusively to US addresses.
  9. Changes. We reserve the right to update these terms. The version active on the site at the time you place your order will apply to that transaction.
